Crucial Environmental Limited is a leading UKAS-accredited asbestos consultancy committed to delivering high-quality services across the UK. As part of our ongoing growth, we are looking for experienced and driven Asbestos Surveyors to join our professional team in and around the West Midlands.

About the Role

As an Asbestos Surveyor with Crucial Environmental, you will:

  • Conduct asbestos management and refurbishment/demolition surveys in compliance with HSG264 and internal company procedures.
  • Survey a diverse range of properties, including domestic and commercial sites.
  • Prepare detailed and accurate reports using our digital systems.
  • Ensure all work complies with UKAS accreditation requirements and company procedures.
  • Travel across the UK as required, with occasional overnight stays.

Key Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Hold a BOHS P402 Qualification (or equivalent).
  • Demonstrate experience working with UKAS-accredited companies (preferred).
  • Be computer literate, with experience using survey software or digital reporting tools.
  • Possess a Full UK Driving Licence and be comfortable with nationwide travel.
  • Be smart, punctual, and have a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
