About the role: An exciting opportunity to join a leading global commodities intelligence brand operating across metals, mining, fertilizer and energy transition markets. This role will lead the planning and delivery of data‑led, customer‑focused digital marketing initiatives that drive demand, lead generation, and sustainable long‑term growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage the implementation and maintenance of digital marketing campaigns to generate qualified MQLs from new prospects and existing client accounts.
- Lead and manage a small digital marketing team, planning projects and delivery in line with business priorities.
- Monitor and report regularly on campaign performance.
- Optimise campaigns by tracking performance, identifying opportunities to improve conversions and ROI.
- Develop a thorough understanding of business priorities to deliver digital campaigns that drive awareness, engagement and adoption of services.
- Build a strong understanding of customers and their needs, using analytics to inform campaign planning, structure, content, and audience segmentation.
- Collaborate closely with regional marketers to develop and implement integrated campaigns that support commercial objectives.
- Work cross‑functionally, championing collaboration and high‑quality communication.
- Maintain a consistent focus on detail and quality of output, ensuring materials are delivered to a high standard.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, CIM or similar preferred.
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience B2B marketing experience, ideally within data subscriptions, technology or SaaS.
- Proven success planning and delivering digital campaigns that generate demand and drive ROI.
- Experience managing paid campaigns across LinkedIn and Google.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to inform campaign strategy and optimisation.
- Commercial mindset and confidence working cross‑functionally with internal stakeholders.
- Strong communication, organisation and prioritisation skills.
- Experience with marketing automation and analytics tools such as Salesforce, Pardot and Google Analytics.
- Collaborative, hands‑on approach with the ability to support and mentor others.
