About the role
We are seeking an in-house Salesforce Developer to design, build, and implement custom Salesforce solutions that meet growing business demand. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into scalable, best-practice implementations and to maintain a high-quality, reliable Salesforce ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary Salesforce developer, designing, developing, and implementing custom solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand business requirements and desired outcomes
- Partner with the Platform team to set up and embed a best-practice delivery framework
- Set up and maintain integrations and APIs
- Maintain and update installed packages and manage the Salesforce release cycle
- Keep current with Salesforce release schedules and new features
- Document custom solutions, configurations, and processes
- Support continuous improvement across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related platforms
Qualifications
- Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and core Salesforce technologies
- Pardot experience is an advantage
- 2+ years working as a Salesforce System Administrator
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Knowledge of Precursive is an advantage
- Experience gathering and documenting requirements
- Experience uncovering and documenting business processes and workflows
