About the role:
We’re seeking a Pardot & Operations Specialist to elevate our marketing performance. Embedded within the Growth and Operations function and aligned to the Enterprise (IT) team, this role will champion Account Engagement (Salesforce Pardot), optimise processes and training, drive lead generation and revenue, and ensure ROI is maximised while staying ahead of industry trends and advocating for marketing automation across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and optimise Account Engagement (Salesforce Pardot), partnering with the Enterprise team to leverage full platform capabilities
- Lead BAU operations in Account Engagement, including configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting sync errors
- Conduct regular health audits to identify issues and opportunities; coordinate improvements with Enterprise
- Ensure robust data flows to and from Account Engagement; automate workflows and maintain data hygiene
- Advocate for effective CRM (Salesforce Sales Cloud) usage across marketing and commercial teams
- Standardise and support campaign execution across geographies and industry segments (email, webinars, social, BD activities, seminars/events)
- Define and roll out new marketing processes and capabilities in collaboration with Enterprise
- Provide training, guidance, and enablement to empower Marketing to be self-sufficient
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or similar (preferred)
- CIM or equivalent (preferred)
Skills & Experience:
- Strong understanding of marketing automation, especially Account Engagement (Pardot) and Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Hands-on Pardot expertise as both a user and trainer; Pardot skills essential
- Experience with Optimizely, Google Analytics, ON24, and ThoughtSpot (preferred)
- Ability to analyse performance, identify opportunities, and recommend enhancements to maximize ROI by activity and channel
- Understanding of integrations and willingness to operate beyond Account Engagement
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-team collaboration skills
- Growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning and staying current on best practices and technologies
