About the Role
CRU International is looking for an in-house Salesforce Technical Analyst to design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions that support growing business demand. This role partners closely with business stakeholders and technology teams to deliver end-to-end improvements, strengthen delivery best practice, and ensure high-quality integrations and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement custom solutions using Salesforce
- Act as the sole Salesforce Technical Analyst, owning end-to-end delivery of new functionality
- Partner with Salesforce team members and business stakeholders to understand requirements and desired outcomes
- Work with the Enterprise Platform team to set up and embed a best-practice delivery framework
- Set up, maintain, and support integrations with other enterprise systems (APIs, web services)
- Maintain and update installed packages
- Stay up to date with Salesforce release schedules and new platform capabilities
- Document custom solutions, technical designs, processes, and workflows
Qualifications
- 2+ years’ experience working as a Salesforce System Administrator
- Demonstrated experience gathering and documenting requirements, business processes, and workflows
- Proven experience delivering new functionality end-to-end in a Salesforce environment
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ architecture
- Experience with APIs, integrations, and web services
