About the role

We are seeking a Global Head of Product & Content Distribution to define and execute CRU’s global strategy for product delivery and content distribution.

This role will ensure CRU’s high‑value commodities insights, data, and analysis are delivered to clients in the right format, through the right channels, and at the right time, maximising commercial impact, accessibility, and user engagement across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead a cohesive global content distribution strategy, ensuring seamless access to research, data, and analytical tools.
  • Oversee the end-to-end product and content delivery journey, from packaging through to platform delivery, aligned to client needs and commercial objectives.
  • Drive digital transformation in content distribution, leveraging new technologies to enhance the user experience.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to optimise content for distribution and ensure alignment with market demand.
  • Define, track, and report on KPIs for content consumption, platform usage, and client engagement to support data‑informed decision‑making.
  • Lead the adoption of AI‑driven approaches to contain costs and improve scalability within content distribution.
  • Support organisational change and new ways of working across global, cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

  • Degree from a leading university or equivalent qualification.
  • Professional certification or proven track record in managing digital transformations and cross‑functional teams.

Skills & Experience

  • Extensive experience in technical product management and digital content distribution.
  • Proven experience managing complex digital platforms or content delivery ecosystems.
  • Strong understanding of data analytics, UX principles, and Saa S business models.
  • Experience leading cross‑functional teams in a global, matrixed environment.
  • Ability to lead and influence senior stakeholders without direct line authority.
  • Ability to balance strategic long-term planning with hands‑on, day-to-day execution.
  • Experience with AI strategy and AI adoption to improve scalability and cost efficiency.
  • Knowledge of spec‑driven development, RAG, LLM system design, vector databases, and LLMOps.
  • Familiarity with Snowflake, AWS, and GCP or equivalent cloud infrastructure.
  • Experienced across technologies relevant to the delivery of successful products.
  • Goal-oriented, energetic, and effective in fast-paced, dynamic, results-driven environments.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to quickly understand complex commodity data.
  • Creative problem‑solver with a first‑principles approach and strong commercial awareness.
  • Collaborative, approachable, and committed to developing and mentoring talent.
