Full Stack Engineer - C# JavaScript

About the Role

Join CRU as a Backend or Full Stack Engineer leading the creation, maintenance and growth of modern web applications that drive customer-focused digital experiences. You will expand and integrate solutions, ensure applications are accessible, consistent and user-friendly, and work closely with Engineering, Product, Enterprise Systems and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, market-ready products.

Key Responsibilities

• Help drive the technical vision and strategy for web application development
• Design and implement state-of-the-art web applications and provide technical guidance to the team
• Foster a culture of continuous learning, quality and innovation across engineering teams
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to align technical development with broader objectives and existing strategic systems
• Integrate solutions across customer-facing digital experiences to improve consistency and usability
• Work with Product, Engineering and Data Governance teams to rapidly ideate, build and deploy new products to customers
• Contribute to automation, CI/CD and DevOps practices to ensure reliable, repeatable delivery
• Identify and help manage risks, issues and dependencies associated with deliveries

Qualifications

• BSc in Computer Science or a related highly quantitative field

Skills & Experience

• 2+ years Full Stack development experience
• Experience designing and implementing APIs (REST and/or GraphQL)
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS), ideally Azure
• Extensive experience with automation and CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform)
• Experience in data design and modelling
• Proficient across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with strong DevOps practices, automated testing and continuous deployment
• Comfortable using AI-assisted tools for design, coding, documentation and testing
• Experience working in Agile, cross-functional teams and Agile software development methodologies
• Strong communication skills; able to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
• Proven track record of delivery, good interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently or within multidisciplinary teams
• Goal-oriented, adaptable, delivery-focused and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
• Able to effectively plan and organise day-to-day and weekly activity, and manage risks, issues and dependencies
