About the Role: In this role, you’ll transform complex data into analytical models to quantify key sustainability trends, delivering valuable insights to our business and clients. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain analytical models on sustainability topics, including green technology costs (e.g., hydrogen, CCUS), carbon pricing, and emissions.
  • Conduct detailed data analysis and interpretation to support forecasts and insights.
  • Create compelling narratives on environmental and sustainability issues.
  • Prepare high-quality reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with and support other members of the Sustainability team.
  • Contribute to the development of new products and services.

Qualifications required:

  • A Bachelor’s degree with a 2:1 or higher from a leading university, ideally in a quantitative discipline such as Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Science, or Data Science.

Skills & Experience:

  • A good understanding of statistical modelling software, such as R or Python and Excel VBA skills desirable.
  • Able to formalise problems and test solutions – scientific and objective approach.
  • A strong aptitude for working with data.
  • An enthusiastic team player with a positive and collaborative attitude.
  • Clear and confident communicator.
  • Organised and delivery-focused with a passion for quality and innovation.
