About the Role
As a Care Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of care services. Your responsibilities will include:
- Scheduling & Allocation: Matching the right carers to the right clients at the right time.
- Communication: Building strong relationships with clients, carers, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Record Management: Keeping all client and carer records accurate and up to date.
- Problem-Solving: Staying calm under pressure and resolving issues quickly and effectively.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in health and social care (essential)
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to remain calm and patient under pressure.
- A valid driving licence and access to a car (essential).
- Flexibility to participate in the out-of-hours on-call rota (evenings and weekends).
