Carewatch is pleased to announce that we are recruiting TWO Area Supervisors to join our established team, supporting multiple Extra Care services across Sheffield. This is a key leadership role focused on maintaining high-quality, safe, and person-centred care while supporting both service users and care staff across several schemes.
Desirable Experience:
- Experience in a supervisory, senior carer, or care coordination role
- Confident using electronic care management systems
- Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills
- Kind, approachable, and professional
- Works well under pressure and can manage multiple priorities
- Proactive, reliable, and solution-focused
Essential UK Requirements:
- Right to Work in the UK
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential)
- Willingness to travel between services within a reasonable distance
