The position is responsible for providing leadership over home serving adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities, assisting in planning and implementation of services/outcomes for each individual, communicating progress, establishing and maintaining professional relationships with all team members, and ensuring the welfare and safety of each consumer at all times.

The role provides support and supervision to DSPs and ensures quality services are delivered to the people we serve, with on-call responsibilities after normal business hours including nights and weekends.

  • Must have strong communication, writing, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Must be able to use discretion and make independent decisions based on good judgment.
  • Must possess good problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and vehicle insurance.
  • Must possess acceptable employment and background screenings.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
