We’re on the lookout for a Salary Sacrifice Account Manager to lead the charge on one of our clients fastest-growing and most exciting offerings. You’ll be the go-to expert in Salary Sacrifice schemes, helping businesses across the UK unlock the full benefits of vehicle leasing and employee engagement through smart, tax-efficient solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Become the trusted expert on all things Salary Sacrifice, both internally and for our customers.
• Engage, nurture, and convert leads generated through cutting-edge social media campaigns.
• Guide customers through every stage—from scoping and planning to launch and beyond .
• Create tailored resources, including driver guides and strategic employee communications plans.

What You’ll Bring:

• A proven background in sales, stakeholder engagement, or customer relationship management.
• Strong commercial awareness of salary sacrifice & its benefits
• Highly organised, able to manage multiple projects with accuracy and professionalism.
• Comfortable delivering presentations, webinars, and client-facing comms .
