About the Role
As a Underwriting Manager – Property Development Finance, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing new development finance deals, nurturing client relationships, and supporting the success of one of the bank’s most dynamic lending teams. ✨ What You\’ll Be Doing
✔ Support senior leadership on new borrower enquiries and relationship building
✔ Attend on-site visits to understand the full scope of development projects
✔ Prepare high-quality credit papers for Credit Committee approval
✔ Draft facility letters aligned with approvals and ensure full compliance
✔ Liaise with external solicitors, valuers, and monitoring surveyors
✔ Own the deal from credit sanction to drawdown—delivering best-in-class client service every step of the way
