Recoveries / Restructuring Opportunity – Real Estate Finance | London

I’m currently working on behalf of a well-established specialist property lender looking to hire into their Recoveries / Watchlist team in London. This is a genuinely interesting role for someone with exposure to:

  • Development Finance
  • Bridging Finance
  • Distressed / impaired loans
  • Watchlist management
  • Restructuring & recoveries
  • Portfolio management

The role will involve managing deteriorating real estate loans, working closely with legal professionals, surveyors and insolvency practitioners, whilst helping formulate recovery and turnaround strategies across a varied property-backed portfolio.
