Hybrid role (50% office based) : London Area

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Credit Manager to play a key role in supporting continued growth — assessing complex real estate transactions, shaping credit decisions, and working closely with origination teams to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients. Sitting across Bridge, development and BTL lending up to £70m on a funds out basis.

You’ll bring:

• 5+ years’ experience in real estate credit or underwriting
• Proven exposure across real estate lending and holds a DLA
• Strong analytical and structuring skills with sound commercial judgment
• A collaborative mindset and desire to be part of a dynamic, supportive culture
