Job Title: Sales Development Representative
Location: London – NW London – ( Hybrid Model)
Salary: Base of £30K -£40K base + comms (Uncapped – £50K- £60K OTE in Yr1)
My client is a leading financial technology provider, offering digital loans to SME businesses to help them grow & meet their business goals.
Trading since 2018 has created an excellent reputable brand in the market & after a funding round in Q1, we are now looking to scale.
The commercial team are currently 170% of Yearly target already so you will be joining a dynamic & high performing sales team. We are looking for a driven sales individual who enjoys outbound calling, building relationships with businesses & closing deals.

Responsibilities include:
- Work with the wider sales team to upskill yourself on the product, how to manage a sales cycle & working in a regulated environment
- You will be responsible for using legacy data & exsisting database to re generate and re engage with customers to bring new lending deals into the company
- Combination of marketing qualified leads (referrals / web generated / marketing campaigns and wider introductions) and sourcing own leads from warm data
- Owning 360 sales cycle from pitching the lending product through to closing the deal
- You will have opportunity to work & build relationships with lots of interesting business owners
- Assisting the sales team with admin duties
- Answering the phone if necessary to assist with inbound enquiries
- Developing and managing relationships with customers and brokers/introducers
Essential Skills and Competencies of the Sales Development Representative
- We are looking for a well-spoken, enthusiastic and motivated individual, who enjoys selling!
- Someone who is hungry to make an impression and keen to grow a career within the fintech sector
- 6 months to 1 yrs sales experience with a university degree beforehand is essential
- This is primarily a phone based sale role and the candidate has to be comfortable making 50 plus calls a day
