We are working on behalf of a leading social impact bank to find a talented Risk Officer (1LOD) to join their dynamic Business Operations department. This is your opportunity to contribute to an organisation dedicated to social good, ensuring effective risk management and operational resilience.

About the Role:

As a Risk Officer (1LOD) , you’ll play an integral role in ensuring the effective management of risks and controls within the first line of defence across all operational risk activities.

You’ll be directly supporting the Head of Business Operations in:

• Developing and maintaining frameworks for effective risk and control management
• Creating risk MI (Management Information) and ensuring timely and accurate internal reporting on Risk and Operational Resilience
• Collaborating with stakeholders such as Risk, Compliance, and Internal Audit to ensure compliance with operational resilience standards and best practices
• Supporting incident management and root cause analysis for disruptions to Important Business Services
• Assisting in testing the bank’s ability to maintain critical operations during disruptions across various teams
• Supporting the completion of the organisation’s Operational Resilience self-assessment

About You:
