About the Role
As a Relationship Manager – you will be managing new development finance deals, building client relationships, and supporting the success of the lending team.

What You\’ll Be Doing
- Support senior leadership on new borrower enquiries and relationship building
- Attend on-site visits to understand the full scope of development projects
- Prepare high-quality credit papers for Credit Committee approval
- Draft facility letters aligned with approvals and ensure full compliance
- Liaise with external solicitors, valuers, and monitoring surveyors
- Own the deal from credit sanction to drawdown—delivering best-in-class client service every step of the way
