Job Title: Relationship Manager – Property Development Finance

About the Company: This is a growing and entrepreneurial UK challenger bank, this role will specifically sit within the development real estate finance team which has been an extremely successful vertical for the bank. The opportunity has arisen due to growth of the book throughout the year and they are looking for dynamic individuals who want to be part of their growing team.

About the Role: As the Relationship Manager – Property Development Finance your responsibilities and duties will include:

  • Supporting the Director on new enquiries, building client relationships, this will include site visits for new borrowers.
  • Prepare of Credit Papers for presentation to the Bank’s Credit Committee
  • Prepare facility letters in line with Credit Committee approval, ensuring compliance with all stipulated terms.
  • Instruct and collaborate with Solicitors, Valuers and project Monitoring Surveyors, interpreting reports and addressing any arising issues.
  • Take full ownership of deals from credit approval to completion, delivering exceptional customer service throughout the process
