They are currently seeking an Portfolio Manager - Structured Real Estate Finance to manage and develop a portfolio of clients while contributing to the delivery of their business plan.
In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for credit management, income generation, risk management, and compliance across all real estate asset classes within Mid Market Financing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Portfolio Management: Oversee and grow a portfolio of Senior Debt, Mezzanine and Equity transactions, negotiating terms aligned with strategic goals, ensuring appropriate risk management and capital optimization.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their future needs are met and strategically supporting their goals.
- Service Delivery: Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through timely and professional service.
- External Relationships: Foster relationships with external advisors to grow the brand and expand business opportunities.
