Working pattern

Four office days initially, reducing to three once established

• Have you independently managed 50+ live loan accounts?

• Do you have bridging and/or regulated property finance experience?

  • Have you worked with regulated loans, maturities, extensions, redemptions and arrears?

A growing specialist bank is expanding its Portfolio Management team following significant growth across its property finance loan book.

This is an opportunity to take genuine ownership of your own portfolio, manage borrower relationships and help shape a developing function.

You will work closely with senior decision-makers and have a clear route towards senior, specialist or leadership opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of live property finance loans.
  • Monitor facility performance, covenants and emerging risks.
  • Complete annual reviews and assess customer and financial information.
  • Manage maturities, extensions, redemptions and borrower requests.
  • Support customers through arrears and collections.
  • Work with brokers, solicitors, valuers and internal teams.
  • Maintain accurate records and meet regulatory requirements.
  • What We Are Looking For
  • Experience independently managing

50+ live loans.

Bridging , commercial property or specialist lending experience.

  • Exposure to regulated lending.
  • Experience across arrears, maturities, extensions and redemptions.
  • Strong financial analysis, customer management and organisational skills.
  • Confidence working with manual processes and competing priorities.
