We are working with an established specialist bank that is looking to appoint an experienced Completions Manager to join its growing lending operation. This is a key role overseeing the completion of specialist property transactions, ensuring cases progress efficiently from offer through legal due diligence, satisfaction of conditions and release of funds.

You will manage the completions pipeline, work closely with Credit, Underwriting, Operations and Sales, and act as a senior point of contact for brokers, borrowers, solicitors and other professional advisers.

The role will include:

  • Overseeing lending cases from offer through to completion and drawdown
  • Managing completion requirements, legal documentation and outstanding conditions
  • Liaising with solicitors, valuers, brokers, borrowers and internal stakeholders
  • Identifying potential delays or risks and taking ownership of resolving them
  • Ensuring regulated and unregulated cases are handled in line with policy and regulatory requirements
  • Maintaining accurate pipeline information, reporting and service standards
  • Supporting, developing and providing guidance to members of the completions team
  • Helping improve processes and create a consistent, efficient completion journey

We are interested in speaking with people who have experience in property completions, transaction execution, lending operations or senior case management. You could currently be working as a Completions Manager, Senior Completions Officer, Transaction Execution Manager, Mortgage Operations Manager or Senior Case Manager. Experience within specialist mortgages, regulated bridging, residential mortgages, buy-to-let or commercial property lending would be particularly relevant. Applications are also welcomed from experienced broker‑side case managers who have packaged complex regulated and unregulated cases through to completion.

This is an opportunity to join a growing specialist bank, take ownership of an important part of the lending journey and help shape how the completions function develops.
