My client is an award-winning SME Finance brokerage in Manchester with the goal of enabling SME clients to access a variety of working capital solutions via their competitive portfolio of lenders (Tier 1 banks, alternative lenders & Fintechs). Established by their 2 directors in 2024, it has been a fantastic 2 years of growth with a focus on lead generation, building brand & investing in tech to enable quick deal turnaround times.
After expanding the team in January 2026 and seeing month-on-month growth in lead generation & conversion, it's an exciting time to join a thriving office environment. As they continue with their growth strategy, we are looking to bring marketing in-house (currently utilising an agency) and the first hire will be a Performance Marketing Manager.
You will work closely with the 2 company directors to understand company goals & growth aspirations to therefore build & execute a performance marketing strategy which enables targets to be hit and facilitates a busy pipeline for the sales team. It's a brilliant role for a candidate who is analytical, target-driven whilst enjoying the ability to A/B test, be creative in lead generation channels & see the direct influence of your work.
Experience required:
- B2B performance marketing experience within Fintech, Payments or Financial services
- Proven success in your work influencing company growth both qualitative and quantitative
- Ability to work in a vibrant close-knit team with high levels of ownership
- Good stakeholder management & confident reporting back weekly to directors on channel successes so we can learn as we grow
