Are you looking to step into or progress your career within Commercial Finance? Are you proactive, hungry & keen to be in a client facing role? Are you career minded & driven to earn commission? If so, I am working with a fast growth scale up brokerage in Manchester which could be a brilliant fit.

Established in 2024 by 2 directors, they have hit record breaking deal numbers and doubled revenue target in 2024. Due to the client demand rising, they are now looking to recruit a BDE & teach them the industry. My client focuses on invoice finance & cashflow deals – Helping SME business owners to find the right lender across their 30 lending partners (Banks, Alternative Lenders & Fintechs).

This role will be focused on conversion of leads and once trained up, proactively sourcing your own leads by building network & brand in the market.

Day to Day:

  • Speaking with UK SMEs about funding requirements, specifically focussing on invoice finance and cashflow lending
  • Managing inbound lead flow (Currently hundreds of leads per week alongside a 2yr back book of active clients)
  • Building your own network & outbound lead origination strategy
  • Building long-term relationships with introducers, clients and lenders.
