A growing real estate lender is seeking an experienced Senior Portfolio Manager to support the effective day-to-day management of its loan book. This is a key operational role within a collaborative team, focused on maintaining high servicing standards, supporting customers, and ensuring the smooth running of internal processes across the full loan lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day loan servicing tasks across the full lifecycle, including changes, extensions, redemptions, and supporting arrears management.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure policies, controls, and regulatory requirements are met.
  • Help monitor borrower obligations through regular checks and compliance reporting.
  • Support ongoing improvements to processes and systems within the operations function.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date portfolio records in internal systems.
  • Contribute to a positive customer experience through efficient and responsive servicing.

Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years' experience in lending operations, loan servicing, portfolio management, or similar financial services functions.
  • Confident communicator able to work effectively with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with loan monitoring, arrears management, or covenant oversight is beneficial.
  • Experience using workflow or loan management systems.
  • Strong attention to detail with solid analytical and organisational skills.

Location: Northampton, England, United Kingdom - £60,000.00-£70,000.00
