A growing real estate lender is seeking an experienced Senior Portfolio Manager to support the effective day-to-day management of its loan book. This is a key operational role within a collaborative team, focused on maintaining high servicing standards, supporting customers, and ensuring the smooth running of internal processes across the full loan lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day loan servicing tasks across the full lifecycle, including changes, extensions, redemptions, and supporting arrears management.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure policies, controls, and regulatory requirements are met.
- Help monitor borrower obligations through regular checks and compliance reporting.
- Support ongoing improvements to processes and systems within the operations function.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date portfolio records in internal systems.
- Contribute to a positive customer experience through efficient and responsive servicing.
Skills & Experience
- 3+ years' experience in lending operations, loan servicing, portfolio management, or similar financial services functions.
- Confident communicator able to work effectively with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Familiarity with loan monitoring, arrears management, or covenant oversight is beneficial.
- Experience using workflow or loan management systems.
- Strong attention to detail with solid analytical and organisational skills.
