My client is a 7-year-old accounting technology provider with a competitive AR / AP platform for SME through to Enterprise clients across the UK and globally. After successfully hitting profitability in 2024, they have expanded to Europe and America and invested back into their tech and product to create a market-leading solution suited to all business sizes and types.

Due to building their own bespoke technology solution, they have a fantastic engineering team continually developing new products and customer journeys to keep up with market demand. 2026 is an exciting time with the launch of lending and cashflow management.

We are now looking for a talented PM to join a close-knit product team of 7 to support our ambitious product development and roadmap. As a product-led company, our PMs bring building, selling, and operating the product together. It will be up to you to pull together everything required to ship and run a product customers love and is competitive in the market. It's a real opportunity to listen to customer feedback and develop products to hit our commercial goals of doubling ARR.

Responsibilities:
  • Build a sharp, first-hand understanding of our customers and market through interviews, competitive research, and data, and use it to drive the team to the right product decisions.
  • Stakeholder management of Tech, Engineering, and Product designers to ensure deadlines are hit and the project meets our original goals.
  • Own how new features show up for customers, from positioning to launch, and map the results and feedback to ensure long-term sustainability.
  • Work across ops and support teams to educate them on how to translate product changes to customers, ensuring the highest levels of satisfaction.
Experience:
  • 3-5 years working within a product team for an accounting technology business.
  • Proven success working in a scale-up fast-paced growth environment.
  • End-to-end product management experience with clear performance metrics.
  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to communicate product goals in ways other teams can understand.
  • Extreme pride and ownership in projects you have worked on.
