I’m currently working on behalf of a highly regarded specialist property lender looking to appoint an experienced Credit Analyst into their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to join an agile, entrepreneurial lender with a strong reputation across bridging and development finance, known for being commercial, decisive and relationship-driven.
The role will involve:
- Assessing and structuring bridging & development finance transactions
- Preparing and presenting credit papers to committee
- Managing third-party due diligence including valuers, solicitors and QS professionals
- Ongoing portfolio oversight including drawdowns, amendments and extensions
- Conducting site visits and maintaining strong broker/client relationships
- Working closely with senior leadership in a collaborative environment
Ideal background:
- Strong real estate finance credit experience
- Bridging and/or development finance exposure
- Commercial mindset with solid risk assessment capability
- Comfortable handling transactions from enquiry through to completion and in-life management
