My client is an award-winning alternative lender in the consumer funding space with expertise within B2C funding, probate & family law lending (HNW focused). Trading since 2018, they are a profitable company now entering the next phase of their growth journey. It’s an exciting time to join them after a £100M funding line has closed – a combination of both Equity and Debt in 2025, which enabled automation & tech developments ensuring a competitive offering, deal turnaround and reputation so far in 2026.
We are now looking to build out the BD function under the Head of Growth. You will join a close-knit high-performing team with the opportunity to make the role a success across the London patch. You will focus on the development of partner relationships, often with Lawyers, Solicitors, Legal Bodies and Professional Introducers, with the goal of making these active referral partners. You will inherit an existing portfolio of partners with the goal of enhancing the relationships while using your own network to broaden out the partner connections.
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience managing a professional introducer network
- Understanding of commercial or consumer lending – confident liaising with credit & risk teams internally
- Motivated, enthusiastic and outgoing personality – confident in attending events, enhancing brand awareness & meeting potential partners face-to-face
- Revenue driven whilst building long-term consultative relationships
