We are currently representing an award-winning unsecured SME lender with a competitive product suite across the UK - Term Loan, Revolving Credit Facility & MCA. Having the scope of 3 products has enabled them to become a number 1 'go to' for commercial brokers across the UK creating 130% growth MoM since Jan. To cater for the demand, we are now looking for a talented individual to join the team.
We’re looking for a high-performing Broker Account Manager to work on and grow our broker network — owning relationships, structuring deals, and driving results across the channel. You’ll be the go-to for introducers, but also take charge of how we build, support, and scale our partnerships function. This is a commercially focused role that blends strategic thinking with hands-on deal-making and team coordination. Brokers are the main introducer of business making it a busy & highly rewarding role.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Own and grow key relationships across our broker and partner network.
- Lead by example — structuring strong deals, managing pipelines, and driving volume.
- Act as a senior point of contact for case updates, education on product & results on deals.
- Collaborate across credit, sales, and ops to keep deals moving fast.
- Analyse partner performance and implement strategies to improve engagement.
- Spot gaps, inefficiencies, or commercial opportunities — and act on them.
- Contribute to training, onboarding and outreach to new introducers.
- Proven experience in B2B lending or financial partnerships.
- Strong deal instinct - you know how to build trust and get things over the line.
- Confident communicator with commercial sharpness.
- Experience managing people or mentoring within a sales or partnerships team.
- Highly organised and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working across teams and taking ownership of outcomes.
