My client is looking for an experienced and dynamic Lending Manager to lead the management of our loan book. You’ll be at the heart of our lending operations, working closely with the Head of Credit to oversee a mix of performing loans and distressed debt situations. This is an exciting opportunity to take charge, drive risk assessments and borrower relationships , and help shape the future of our credit strategy.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing the day-to-day performance of a diverse real estate loan portfolio, including Development Finance and Development Exit/Bridging finance .
- Involved in redemptions , ensuring optimal outcomes for all stakeholders.
- Conducting financial modelling, underwriting, due diligence, and negotiations to support new and existing deals.
- Overseeing legal transaction processes, including document negotiation and execution.
- Being the go-to contact for borrowers, leading discussions on funding shortfalls, extensions, restructures, and more .
- Conducting credit risk assessments and presenting detailed portfolio reports to the Board .
- Leading and mentoring the portfolio & credit analyst team .
