We're working with a growing independent property consultancy looking to appoint an experienced Lead Surveyor as part of its ambitious expansion plans.
The business works closely with banks, lenders and investors, specialising in property valuations, restructuring, recovery and strategic property advice.
With plans to triple in size over the next three years, this is an opportunity to take ownership of client instructions and play a key role in developing the valuation and advisory function.
The Role
- Lead valuation and advisory instructions across commercial, residential and development property.
- Advise clients on distressed and underperforming assets, including disposal, redevelopment and repositioning strategies.
- Manage client relationships and deliver commercially focused recommendations.
- Work closely with specialist teams across asset management, construction and recovery.
What We're Looking For
- Strong property valuation experience with commercial judgement.
- Experience managing client instructions and providing strategic advice.
- Exposure to restructuring, recovery or distressed property would be advantageous.
- MRICS and Registered Valuer status highly desirable
