CRS are recruiting on behalf of one of the UK’s fastest-growing advisory businesses, as they continue to strengthen their Corporate Finance leadership team in Scotland. This is a senior, high-impact role within a well-established and rapidly expanding Corporate Finance practice, working with genuine SME and Lower Mid-Market clients on high-quality transactions.
The Opportunity
- Senior leadership role within a growing Corporate Finance team in Scotland
- Advise SME and Lower Mid-Market clients on complex, high-value transactions
- Work across a full Corporate Finance offering including:
- Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)
- Business Valuations
- Exit Strategies
- Management Buy-Outs (MBOs) and Buy-Ins (MBIs)
