Take Ownership of Projects:
Lead construction and development projects from feasibility and cost planning through procurement, contract administration and completion. Work directly with clients, contractors and consultants to manage budgets, programmes and delivery risks.
Who We’re Looking For:
Experience across construction consultancy, quantity surveying, building surveying or project management, with practical JCT and/or NEC contract administration and strong commercial judgement. Experience of stalled or part-completed developments would be particularly relevant. A relevant degree and full UK driving licence is required; MRICS or progress towards chartership is desirable.
