London Based – 4/5 days a week in central London office

Competitive Salary – £55K – £60K

We are representing a fast growth SME Lender with 3 yrs successful trading within the UK Market.

They are well capitalised, backed by a large VC with high levels of investment to support the company scaling

USP – Simple & Streamlinded lending for SME owners up to £250K across the UK. They pride themselves on utalising technology to create a smooth customer journey whilst having a human touch for all lending decisions

We are now looking for talented Collections Manager to work alongside the CEO in building their Collections & Recoveries process

• Hands on end to end collections management – Working with customers at each stage to find customer centric solution to debt repayments ( Phone, Text, Email)
• Building Policies, ideally bringing best practice from previous SME Lending experience on what works effectively in reducing collection cases
• Ability to design a workflow treating various stages of delinquency
• Utalising technology, how can we utalise tech to reduce time & cost in repayments and loan recoveries
• Best practice in how to maintain a healthy lending portfilio
• Exposure to recoveries & working with third party agencies / lawyers around enforcement action
