What You’ll Do

  • Discover and convert new business opportunities – from standard lending to complex deals like Development Finance
  • Assess lending risk with care, ensuring each proposal is thorough, transparent, and compliant
  • Support client retention and growth by assisting in annual reviews and day-to-day portfolio management
  • Collaborate across departments to flag opportunities, mitigate risk, and improve processes
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and sales tracking to enable smarter decision-making
  • Help protect the bank’s position by managing borrower requests that impact credit risk
  • Champion the customer experience by encouraging feedback and driving service improvements

Who You Are

You’re commercially savvy, detail-oriented, and driven by building meaningful relationships – both with clients and your team. A background in commercial or development lending is a plus, but attitude and ambition matter most.
