Following continued success and expansion, they’re growing their sales team and looking for a talented, driven, and self-starting Sales Executive to join them. Responsibilities
- Grow new business across the retail, hospitality and leisure industries
- Developing new sales opportunities using outbound cold emails, cold calls and lead follow-ups
- Effective customer management, through developing and maintaining relationships and developing additional leads
- Develop efficient communication techniques to grow business through; networking, email, social media, referrals, events & sector-specific fairs
- Communicating with customers to understand their needs and requirements and identify sales opportunities
- Maintaining and improving the database of prospects
- Researching for new leads
- Keeping up to date with product and service information and competitor offers
Requirements
- A good and demonstrable background in B2B sales
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales targets, preferably via telephone (not essential)
- A team player, working for the overall success of the business
- Excellent customer service skills
- Exceptional telephone manner and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with telephones and handling multiple calls and emails daily
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
- Patience, time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks
- Proactive attitude, with a drive for success
