My client is a fast growth scale up in the B2C Fintech Ecosystem – They are on a mission to give everyone access to a happier & healthier relationship with money across the UK & US. After launching 7 years ago, they have a variety of products to suit the needs of a consumer throughout their lifecycle and already supported over 1M UK customers which is huge success! 2026 is all about customer retention, launch of new products & ensuring value proposition has longevity with each individual consumer.
This role will own the CRM & lifecycle function having a huge impact on overall business goals so super rewarding! We are looking for a Manager to work with our Blueshift product owner & manage a CRM Executive. You will be hands on in support Exec with the ‘doing’ whilst working closely with Product Director to align CRM strategy with wider product & company goals.
The successful candidate will be comfortable working in a scale up, confident being data driven with their decision making & able to juggle multiple priorities at once.
Key focus of the role includes:
- Lead delivery of a multi-channel campaign including broadcasting emails, marketing automation & new SMS approach
- Own the CRM Roadmap – Real focus on why we are launching the campaigns, what is being built with CRM, what our focus is and be able to execute to wider business the value it will bring
- Work closely with product team to ensure that off platform & on platform touchpoints are aligned as the customer sees any communication from the brand as one
- Introduce new capabilities to the CRM Toolkit
- Use data to form new ideas & A/B test across our current campaigns to make improvements
- Drive a creative process whilst taking ownership of end to end quality and be proud of the results!
- Understanding of consumer duty and ensuring we are abiding to FCA Regulations
- Strong & clear management of the CRM executive allowing them to grow and learn
We are looking for:
- 3+ years experience within CRM – Ideally within B2C Tech or Fintech scale up
- Confident in marketing automation, CRM and email marketing platforms – ideally Blueshift experience
- Strong sense of ownership & ability to articulate to wider stakeholders
- Real purpose and attention to detail in their work
- Comfortable in a fast-paced changing environment whilst building scalable models
- Data driven in approach to the CRM function & also management of the 1 report
- Keen to be part of the team & meet once a month for team days
