This is a high-impact underwriting role where you’re genuinely close to deals, decision-makers, and execution. We’re working with a growing, boutique, entrepreneurial real estate debt fund in London, known for its fast-paced deal environment and strong market reputation. This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced Credit Analyst to work directly alongside senior stakeholders on complex real estate transactions, with real visibility and progression.
The role:
- Lead underwriting across a range of real estate lending transactions (bridge, development & investment)
- Build and run detailed financial models, sensitivity analysis & deal structuring
- Assess borrower strength, collateral quality & market fundamentals
- Present credit papers and recommendations to senior leadership
- Work closely with brokers, borrowers, valuers & legal teams to drive deals through to completion
