We’re working with a growing challenger bank looking to hire an Assistant Credit Manager to join their Real Estate Finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with exposure to property lending or credit operations who wants to develop towards a future Credit Manager role within a supportive and well-structured credit team.
Key responsibilities:
- Review and validate valuation reports and IMS reports against approved credit terms
- Approve conditions precedent and drawdown requirements ahead of loan completion
- Process completion and tranche drawdowns, working closely with Relationship and Operations teams
- Produce risk MI reporting for senior management and committees
- Monitor key credit risk indicators and support wider credit function operations
What we’re looking for:
- Experience within UK real estate finance / property lending
- Understanding of valuations, IMS reports and the drawdown process
- Strong Excel and organisational skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
