Senior Structural Technician Birmingham Calibre Search are working alongside a leading UK-based Civil, Structural, Geo-Environmental and Engineering Consultancy who are part of an established and leading Group of companies who offer multidisciplinary services to a wide range of sectors. Established just under 20 years ago, they provide a full range of integrated engineering services throughout the UK and have grown strongly year on year. With a Team of nearly 50 working across the UK from their Midlands based offices, they work alongside a number or prestigious Housebuilders and because of their continued growth, they are looking to add a Senior Structural Technician to their busy office in Birmingham. As a Senior Technician with at least 5 years' experience detailing in constructions within a UK Consultancy environment, you will be a competent user of AutoCAD, CADS RC, Excel and other computerised design software. You will be responsible for the preparation of engineering drawings and specifications and the supervising and mentoring less experienced Technicians. You will also manage the delivery of projects and liaise with clients and contractors where needed.
