This is a full-time role, located in Lichfield, for an experienced fit out Project Manager to join our Employee Ownership team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, to the client\’s satisfaction, and in compliance with all relevant regulations.
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years\’ experience in project management in the construction or related industry
- Strong track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality
- Understanding of construction techniques with a particular reference to carpentry, joinery, ceilings, partitions and finishing trades.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage project teams and to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards
- Computer literate & proficient in project management software tools such as MS Project.
- Looking for a PM with mainly retail fit out experience, convenience store experience would be good, such as Tesco, Sainsbury\’s, Coop.
Salary would be £65K for the right candidate. Flexible on start date but the workload is there so an immediate start can be accommodated.
This is not a work from home position; they are based in Fradley Park Lichfield and have employees from Birmingham, Leicester, and Nottingham.
