Mechanical Project Manager – Due to continual growth and forward workload, a great opportunity has arisen with a small family run business who are currently recruiting for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join their team.
As the successful Project Manager, the majority of projects you would be working on include commercial, education, industrial, high end residential and leisure sectors. As a business, my client has built great relationships with their customers resulting in 80% + of work coming from repeat business.
This small family run business sees every member of the team not just as an employee or colleague but as family. As a result, they are looking not only for the right skills and experience but also the right person to join them.
On a day to day basis, you will be responsible for managing projects from inception to completion, including costing, procurement of materials, management of subcontractors, liaising with clients, site meetings etc. Design knowledge and background would be preferable but not essential.
