At least 5 years of relevant experience in the construction mechanical industry, in installation or maintenance, with knowledge of quotations/estimating and reading drawings. A good customer focus, organisational skills, and staff management abilities are essential. Industry-recognised qualifications such as HVAC and an apprenticeship are required. Excellent communication skills, confidence, self-motivation, effective organisation, and a relevant CSCS card are also necessary.
