We’re working with a well‑established international bank looking to appoint a Credit Analyst at VP grade within its Financial Institutions team.
This is an interesting opportunity for an experienced credit professional to work across real estate, digital infrastructure and wider corporate financing, with exposure to both credit analysis and client coverage.
Rather than being purely a desk‑based credit role, you’ll work closely with Relationship Managers, attend client meetings and support the development and delivery of strategic account plans.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Producing credit analysis for new and existing customers
- Completing annual credit reviews and overall risk assessments
- Reviewing financial information, facility documentation and customer requests
- Monitoring loan conditions, covenants and ongoing compliance
- Preparing credit approval and executive summaries
- Supporting Relationship Managers with account planning and origination
- Assisting with client onboarding, KYC and ongoing reviews
- Liaising across front, middle and back‑office teams
We’re looking for someone with established credit-anal… and a strong understanding of real estate finance. Exposure to digital infrastructure or data‑centre financing would be particularly valuable.
You’ll need to be analytical, commercially minded and comfortable working directly with both customers and senior Relationship Managers.
