The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.

Due to continued growth within our business we have an exciting opportunity to join our Financial Services team as a Client Manager. The role will involve:

  • Producing illustrations
  • Obtaining valuations
  • Client review tasks, daily, monthly & annual
  • Fund switch processing
  • New business processing
  • Existing business maintenance
  • Policy issue processing
  • Admin support to Financial Advisors and Directors
  • Processing incoming and outgoing post
  • Answering incoming calls
  • Welcome clients & occasionally accompanying appointments

Essential Functions:

  • Ensure all paperwork is completed in a timely manner.
  • Maintain financial records and files in organised detail.
  • Provide administrative support to clients and financial advisors.
  • Other duties as assigned by department manager.

Competencies:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
