Project Assistant Skelmersdale, UK Up to £32,000.00 per annum

The role:

CRP Subsea are looking for Project Assistant to support the Projects department.

What will you do as our Project Assistant:

  • Ensure adherence to all company polices and prevailing business regulations.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and efficient communication.
  • The successful delivery of all project-related tasks issued to you by the business.
  • Ensure all company processes are followed, and standards are adhered to.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in systems, processes and documentation.
  • Deliver excellent levels of customer service.
  • Deal with customer queriers quickly and efficiently.
  • Develop a high level of trust and confidence with your customer and internal stakeholders.
  • Attend regular project meetings and ensure that internal stakeholders within the business are in receipt of the appropriate levels of information required to ensure successful delivery.
  • Issue management and progress reports as required (internal and external).
  • Support the sales department in winning work (e.g. helping with schedules for bids).
  • Carry out any other reasonable duties that may be requested from time to time.

  • Degree level in an engineering, science or project management discipline preferred but not essential.
  • Experience in working collaboratively within a team and adapting to changing project requirements.
  • Experience in building relationships with colleagues and external customers.
