We\’re on the lookout for a motivated
Sales and Service Engineer
to join our Blackburn team. This is a varied role that mixes technical work, customer service, and sales support, ideal for someone with mechanical or hydraulic experience who enjoys both hands-on tasks and building customer relationships.

What you\’ll be doing

• Handling workshop admin, scheduling, and taking customer calls
• Passing jobs to technicians and helping manage incoming requests
• Carrying out hose inspections and Total Hose Management (THM) checks
• Using RFID hose tagging so customers can access real-time information
• Spending two days a week in sales, running account reviews and upselling services
• Supporting the mobile Sales and Service Technicians with customers and new business during busy periods
• Building strong relationships with customers across sites

What we\’re looking for

• Hydraulic industry experience (site experience preferred)
• Confident communicator with strong organisational skills
• Someone who\’s adaptable, able to balance service, admin, and sales
• Sales experience in the hydraulic sector would be a big advantage
