Job Description
Parts Sales Advisor
CRP Group has partnered with an industry-leading EV manufacturer to help recruit x2 new Parts Sales Advisors, based in South Yorkshire. The position has arisen following an internal restructure, as the company focuses on developing a best-in-class aftermarket parts and service solution. You’ll play a key role in supporting this growth by delivering professional, accurate, and customer-focused parts solutions that maximise vehicle performance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with customers across appropriate channels
- Identify and supply correct parts by checking against customer BOMs and technical documentation
- Ensure a "right first time" approach to all customer requests and orders
- Provide accurate information on parts availability, pricing, delivery timelines, and order updates
- Handle customer enquiries professionally and efficiently
- Record customer orders accurately in internal systems
- Maintain and update the CRM system, capturing relevant customer and market information
- Support parts sales growth through targeted marketing initiatives and upselling opportunities
- Manage discounting within authorised limits to ensure profitability
- Recommend product improvements and provide feedback based on customer interaction
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional working environment, following health and safety procedures
- Support the launch of new products and participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- Actively engage in team meetings and contribute to process and service enhancements
- Provide high-quality service that builds strong customer relationships and loyalty
