We are recruiting for an experienced Management Accountant to join a well-established and growing multinational business based in South Leeds. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a successful organisation with a strong finance function, working closely with an experienced Financial Controller and taking ownership of a broad range of management accounting responsibilities. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting financial performance, providing accurate reporting, and contributing to business decision‑making within a fast‑paced commercial environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparation of monthly management accounts.
- Balance sheet reconciliations and month‑end processes.
- Budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
- Producing financial reports and performance analysis.
- Assisting with year‑end and audit requirements.
- Supporting business units with financial insight and decision‑making.
- Maintaining strong financial controls and processes.
- Working closely with operational teams and senior stakeholders.
About You
- Part‑qualified, qualified, or qualified by experience (ACCA, CIMA, ACA).
- Previous experience in a Management Accountant or similar finance role.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability.
- Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships across the business.
- Experience working in a fast‑paced commercial environment.
