Engineering Technician Our client is a leading global distribution company, operating one of the world's most advanced logistics and distribution networks.

They are looking for an experienced Engineering Technician to join their Site Services team, helping to ensure the smooth operation of automated equipment and site facilities.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive maintenance professional who enjoys problem-solving, working with automated systems, and playing a vital role in keeping a busy operational site running efficiently.

The Role As an Engineering Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair and inspection of automated machinery and site facilities, ensuring equipment remains safe, reliable and operational.

You'll work closely with operational teams, management and contractors to minimise downtime and maintain a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs on automated machinery.

Complete routine inspections and maintenance reports.

Diagnose faults and carry out repairs efficiently to minimise operational disruption.

Maintain engineering stock levels and spare parts inventory.

Perform general building and site maintenance, including lighting, fixtures and minor repairs.
